Welcome To an unofficial fan-created website dedicated to the character Amy Rose from Sonic The Hedgehog.

Amy Rose is a fictional character from the Sonic The Hedgehog series. She is a 12-year-old Pink Mobian Hedgehog. Her birthday is on September 23rd. Her self-proclaimed love is Sonic, but Sonic doesn’t feel the same way about her. Amy follows Sonic around everywhere he goes which often annoys Sonic. She has a cheerful and outgoing attitude but sometimes she can be slightly erratic when she’s upset. Amy Rose’s original character design was created by SEGA’s Naoto Ohshima and finalized by Kazuyuki Hoshino. She made her first appearance in a 1992 Japanese Manga comic series known as Shogaku Ninensei created by Kenji Terada. Her first video game appearance was in Sonic CD (1993, SEGA CD) when she met Sonic The Hedgehog on the Little Planet.

Amy Rose Features & Fashion

Amy Rose Old & New Art Designs

Amy Rose has two different designs. The old and new designs are similar to each other but have differences in clothing and hair. In her old design, Amy wore a green t-shirt with puffed sleeves, along with an orange pleated skirt, White gloves with outlined pink cuffs, and blue on white shoes. Her hair was also a little spiky on the bottom making her resemble Sonic a little more. In her new design which first appeared in the video game Sonic Adventure (1998), she wears a sleeveless red dress with white trims, red boots with a white stripe down the middle, and White gloves with gold bracelet cuffs. Her hair is down to the sides curved inward toward her face and not spikey at all. In both designs, she is sometimes seen wearing a red hairband. When she is ready for a fight she is often seen holding her trusty red on gold Piko Piko hammer (seen above in the first picture).

Amy Rose Home Life & Lifestyle

Amy Rose Home (Seaside Coast Hut) & Car (Pink Cabriolet)

As a child, Amy Rose grew up in the Kingdom of Mercia in a noble home known for helping the poor and sick. Amy’s parents fell victim to Dr. Eggman’s Roboticizer and she has lost contact with them ever since. Nowadays Amy spends most of her time chasing Sonic around and thinking of him. Her best friend is Cream The Rabbit but she is seen around Sonic and Tails much more. She is always there to give Sonic and friends a helping hand when needed. In battle, she won’t hesitate to use her Piko Piko Hammer to protect her friends or defeat enemies. She now lives in an elegant hut on the Seaside Coast which first appeared in the video game Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal (2014). Amy has been spotted driving two different cars. The first car is the old designed blue and yellow Breeze car first seen in the Sonic Drift (1994) video game. The new car design is the Pink Cabriolet which first appeared in the Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing  (2010) video game. In every new video game of the Sonic racing series, the Pink Cabriolet has been modified to look slightly different. Amy’s favorite food is soft ice-cream but she is rarely seen eating. *(More Info coming soon)*
